Refund Policy

At Pivotal Digital Partners LLC, we strive to deliver high-value digital courses, programs, and consulting services. Because our products include immediate access to proprietary materials, frameworks, and digital assets, we enforce a clear and transparent refund policy.



1. Digital Courses and Digital Products


All sales are final.


Once you purchase a digital course, program, or downloadable product, you receive instant access to proprietary content. For this reason:


  • We do not offer refunds.
  • We do not offer partial refunds.
  • We do not allow cancellations once access is delivered.


If you experience technical issues, contact support@growwithpivotal.com, and we will assist in restoring access.

Students receive lifetime access to the Accelerator course content and future updates. As part of the program, students may submit their completed work once for review within 90 days of purchase. Work submitted after the 90-day window is not eligible for review. The absence of a submission within this timeframe does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.


2. Consulting, Done-For-You Projects, and Strategy Services


Refunds for consulting and done-for-you services are governed by the terms outlined in the individual service agreement or contract you sign before work begins.


Typically:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Work already completed is billable and non-refundable.
  • Cancellation policies follow the signed statement of work.


If a dispute arises, contact us immediately so we can address it promptly.



3. Payment Errors or Duplicate Charges


If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed in error:


  • Contact billing@growwithpivotal.com within 7 days of the charge.
  • We will review the transaction and take corrective action if appropriate.


4. Chargebacks


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates these terms.


If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your access to all Services may be revoked.
  • We may submit evidence to the payment processor demonstrating the validity of the charge.
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection or legal action when necessary.


Our goal is always resolution before escalation. Please contact us first.



5. Changes to This Policy


We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Updates will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date above.
